wine cork monogrammed letter

Here's a few photos I captured throughout the process of my wine cork project. I have hundreds of corks that I have been collecting for years, and couldn't find a letter large enough at any nearby craft stores, so I ended up ordering it online.

Starting at a corner point on the letter, I hot glued the corks down, with the end of the cork that touched the wine facing up, exposing the beautiful colors. I made sure to place my favorite corks facing out along the edges.

I was surprised that I didn't have enough corks to fill my two foot tall letter... so it's officially a work in progress. There are over 400 corks already! Looks like I have a few more bottles to drink. ;)
